Starfish
The Knights of Columbus present a check
to the Snook YMCA Starfish. Accepting is Sissy Flanigan. Eleven team
members competed at Troy University this year and brought home 9
gold, 9 silver, and 3 bronze medals and 10 award ribbons in
swimming.

Habitat for Humanity
The Knights of Columbus continued their
support of Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County by donating $1000.

Knights Support KAIROS
Treasurer Frank Calma and Grand Knight
Milt Lee present a check for $250 to fellow Knight Don Roth to
support KAIROS in its ministry to men in prison.
KAIROS is working with 42 inmates at
Fountain Correctional Institute and 12 inmates on death row at
Holman.

Annual Golf Tournament
We raised over $5000 to benefit the children at St Benedict's School
in our first ever charity golf tournament this year. Our thanks to
61 players and many, many local sponsors! At left is the first place
team receiving a prize package from Grand Knight Milt Lee.

Valentine's Day Dance
Over 200 people heard the Big Band sound of the "Lillian Connection"
which brought in 20 career musicians from Destin, FL to Mobile, AL.

John McCormick Memorial BBQ
We had a very successful BBQ dinner fund raiser this year...so
successful, that we sold out by 4 pm! We had a steady line of
customers from the time we opened the doors at 11 am. Thanks to our
many Knights and Ladies and their families for many hours of work.
As always, all of the proceeds go to local charities.

Tootsie Roll Fund Raiser
Thanks to the volunteer hours put in by many of our members, the
Council sold about $2800 of Tootsie Rolls in two days in front of
local stores. These funds will go to support the Baldwin Association
of Retarded Citizens.
