The Knights of Columbus continued their
support of Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County by donating $1000.

Knights Support KAIROS
Frank Calma and
Milt Lee present a check for $250 to fellow Knight Don Roth to
support KAIROS in its ministry to men in prison.
KAIROS is working with 42 inmates at
Fountain Correctional Institute and 12 inmates on death row at
Holman.

Annual Golf Tournament
We raised many thousands of dollars to benefit the children at St Benedict's School
in our annual charity golf tournaments. Our thanks to the players and many, many local sponsors!

Big Band Dances
Over 200 people heard the Big Band sound of the "Lillian Connection"
which brought in 20 career musicians from Destin, FL to Mobile, AL
when we held our first "Big Band" dance in 2007. Since then, a dance
with a big band sound has been an annual event which fills the Erie
Meyer Civic Center.

John McCormick Memorial BBQ
Another annual event each winter is a fund-raising BBQ. Open to the
public, the menu includes national award winning BBQ pork, several
sides, and desert.
As always, all of the proceeds go to local charities.

Tootsie Roll Fund Raiser
Thanks to the volunteer hours put in by many of our members, the
Council sells Tootsie Rolls in two days in front of local stores.
These funds go to support the special needs classrooms in our
community.
